All orders placed before 5:00 pm central are processed and dispatched the same day, all others orders will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our location on Monday or the next business day.
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you please check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and our service. Restocking fees are 20% for returned merchandise. Customers pay for return shipping. If an item is wrong or damaged, the customer doesn’t pay for fees. If a customer wants to exchange an item for another, they must notify us with the details at info@lynadens.com with the reason for the exchange request and a member of our team will review the order.
